Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages or Lost Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
